As everything is moving towards online, Due to pandemic PACI faced huge number of issuing pending Civil ids. PACI launched the latest version of ‘Kuwait Mobile ID’ to ensure that they can use a digital alternative to prove their identity.
The application ‘My Mobile ID’ can be user to enter and exit Kuwait.
Today I am going to guide you how to create my Kuwait Mobile id PACI in just few steps.
Select channel to obtain your Mobile ID, mostly used ‘Apply online from App’ Select then go further.
Select mobile id enrollment options:
After selecting option go to next page.
Next page fill required information:
Note: This number will be used to send a verification code. Service fees (50 Fils) may apply.
After filling all the required details Tick check option for make sure that all your entered data is correct.
Select Next to go for OTP.
A one-time password OTP has been sent in an SMS to mobile number enter it in the field and proceed to get Mobile Id.
Choose your pin to make you ID protect.
Note: the pin must be 4 – 12 characters.

If you are a visitor to Saudi Arabia from any GCC country, including Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, the UAE (United Arab Emirates), or Qatar, you will need to follow these steps:
Choose from the following document types: Border Number, Passport, Iqama, ID Card, Saudi ID in GCC, Housing Card.
Enter your Document Number after selecting the document type.
Once you’ve entered the document type and number, you’ll need to select your nationality.
After completing the above details, you must enter the Image Code for security verification. This code changes randomly.
Finally, click on the “View” button to proceed with checking for traffic violations, or the “Clear” button to refresh the page.
Getting sick leave online is easier in Kuwait now, thanks to the MOH Q8 Seha app launched by the Ministry of Health. This application allows users to apply for sick leave online.
Below are the step-by-step procedures to obtain your sick leave online.
Step1: Download Application
You can download the application for android devices from Google Play and iOS Devices from App store.
After app download open the application then the app will take you to the home page.
Step 2: Register Account
There are two options avaliable to register your self in application
During account create the app will ask to enter your kuwait Civil ID number, Serial number (optional) and phone number.
Option 2: Create account through Mobile ID App
Note: if you don’t have mobile id app check get help how to register in mobile id app.
Enter your civil id number and select on authenticate button.
For authentication it will direct you to the Mobile ID app where you will authenticate your data.
After authentication the app will ask for to create password
After creating you can go to the home page of app. Select Sick Leave Report
On next screen select electronic sick leave request from the services.
Enter your details to generate sick leave.
After these all steps sick leave report will generate automatically.
